Bitmine Immersion Raises Stake to 4.168M ETH, Dilutes Shares to 455M, Invests $200M
Bitmine Immersion has amassed 4.168 million ETH tokens, equal to 4.2% of supply, targeting 5%. The company raised capital by diluting shares outstanding from 4.3 million to 455 million in ten months and committed $200 million to an equity investment in Beast Industries, its second venture after Eightco Holdings.
