BitZero Secures 110 MW Norway AI Project With $176 Million ARR Potential
AIBZ•BitZero has secured a binding letter of interest for a 110 MW Norway AI compute project expected to deliver roughly $176 million in annual recurring revenue with 3% annual price escalations. The facility could generate over $135 million in net income, highlighting BitZero's energy-sovereign advantage in fast-tracked data-center deployment.
1. Binding Letter of Interest and Project Details
BitZero has signed a binding letter of interest for a 110 MW purpose-built AI compute facility on a former UN airbase in Norway. The site is designed for rapid delivery—potentially as early as Q3 next year—and leverages existing land, grid connections and hydro-powered infrastructure.
2. Revenue and Income Projections
Under the long-term compute capacity contract, the project is structured to generate approximately $176 million in annual recurring revenue, with energy costs covered separately and pricing escalating by 3% each year. Management estimates the facility could deliver over $135 million in annual net income once fully operational.
3. Strategic Energy Sovereignty Advantage
Owning land, high-voltage grid connections and power supply gives BitZero fixed costs and margin protection, enabling swift deployment compared with peers facing grid bottlenecks. This energy-sovereign model allows the company to either lease low-cost power to hyperscalers or deploy that capacity internally for Bitcoin mining or GPU compute at industry-leading margins.
