Black Pearl extended its cash tender offer for all outstanding Selectis Health common shares priced at USD 5.75 each.
The offer now expires at 5 p.m. New York time on Aug. 27, 2026, from Aug. 24, 2026.
Black Pearl cited ongoing work to satisfy conditions required to complete the offer.
Shares tendered as of Aug. 24
As of Aug. 24, 2026, 2,773,036 shares had been validly tendered and not withdrawn.
