Pure Cycle appoints Chris Fink, Kelly Haecker to board
PCYO•Board appointments fill vacancies
Pure Cycle appointed Chris Fink, former Bank of America municipal energy managing director, to its board effective Aug. 24, 2026.
Kelly Haecker also joined the board; he was CFO of WhiteWave Foods through its 2012 IPO, later a partner at Capitol Peak Partners.
The additions fill two earlier vacancies, restoring the board to eight directors, including seven independent members.
