Extraordinary general meeting and H share class meeting set for Sept. 10
Pharmaron will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Beijing on Sept. 10, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on adopting a 2026 H Share Award and Trust Scheme covering up to 28,000,000 H shares.
The agenda also includes a decision on an H-share repurchase mandate, capped at 1.9511% of total shares outstanding, excluding treasury shares.
