Blackstone funds buy majority stake in South Korea logistics project
Funds managed by Blackstone Real Estate Partners bought a majority stake in Sanha Logistics Park II via a primary share issuance.
ESR retained an investment. It will stay on as development manager and asset manager through ESR Kendall Square.
