YPF lifts cash tender offer cap to US$ 1 billion for 2027, 2029 notes

YPF raised the maximum purchase price for its cash tender offers to US$1 billion from US$500 million.
The offers cover the 6.95% Senior Notes due 2027, priced at US$1,017.50 per US$1,000 principal, and the 2.500%/9.000% Step Up Amortizing Notes due 2029, priced at US$1,042 per US$1,000.
The tender offers expire Sept. 16, 2026, with settlement expected around Sept. 18, 2026.
