Under a 15-year Electric Service Agreement, BlockchAIn increased the CLT-01 data center’s contracted power from 40MW to 65MW, fully supported by existing onsite 34.5 kV infrastructure. This expansion requires no significant electrical upgrades, enabling immediate power availability to meet AI/HPC workload demand.
2. Customer Pipeline and Next Phase
The power increase underpins letters of intent representing 25MW of committed critical IT load with a leading AI firm and a financial institution. BlockchAIn plans to complete the design and construction of a new AI-optimized data center shell within nine months, led by veteran project managers.
