BNB Plus shifts to institutional blockchain, agentic AI infrastructure strategy
BNBX•BNB Plus plans to move from a digital-asset treasury model to operating institutional blockchain and agentic AI infrastructure, and is evaluating an expanded relationship with GlobalStake Infrastructure. It will also explore options to monetize LineaRx’s enzymatic DNA manufacturing platform.
1. Infrastructure strategy
BNB Plus outlined a shift from a digital-asset treasury model to operating institutional infrastructure for blockchain and agentic AI. The strategy targets a network deployment layer for enterprise adoption, with an emphasis on security, resilience, risk management, compliance and operational accountability. Management plans to redeploy resources toward infrastructure, integration and deployment services for production-scale institutional use.
2. Strategic review
The company is evaluating an expanded relationship with GlobalStake Infrastructure. It will also explore options for LineaRx to monetize its enzymatic DNA manufacturing platform, aiming to unlock value for shareholders.
