BNY Mellon to redeem 1,000,000 preferred depositary shares at $1,000 each

BNY will redeem all outstanding Series F Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, including 1,000,000 depositary shares representing 1/100th interests.

• Redemption date: Sept. 20, 2026
• Cash payment date: Sept. 21, 2026
• Redemption price: USD 1,000 per depositary share, equivalent to USD 100,000 per Series F preferred share

The dividend payable on the payment date remains separate, based on the applicable record date.

The shares will cease to be outstanding on the redemption date, and dividends will no longer accrue thereafter.
