Bob's Discount Furniture Q3 revenue rises 10%, beats estimates
BOBS•BOBS•BOBS•BOBS•Bob's Discount Furniture reported Q3 revenue of $680.4 million, up 10% and above the $666.25 million estimate, while adjusted EPS of $0.28 beat the $0.27 consensus. Comparable sales increased 3.8%, and the company reaffirmed its 2026 outlook.
Q3 adjusted net income was $38.8 million, above the $36.11 million estimate. The company reported EPS of $0.31, adjusted EBITDA of $75.5 million and gross profit of $316 million.
The company opened 11 new stores, including in new markets such as Nashville. Comparable sales rose 3.8%, driven by higher average order value and increased eCommerce traffic, partly offset by lower in-store traffic. Gross profit benefited from $4.9 million in IEEPA tariff refunds recognized in cost of sales.
Bob's Discount Furniture reaffirmed its 2026 net revenue outlook of $2.6 billion to $2.625 billion, comparable sales growth of 1.5% to 2.5%, and adjusted EBITDA of $255 million to $265 million.
