Revenue rose to $31.14 million, up 270% year over year, driven by higher GPU utilization, enterprise AI contract expansion, and pricing adjustments.
Operating loss widened to $12.9 million from operating income of $3.02 million as costs climbed, including depreciation and amortization of $18.15 million.
Tax expense and cash position
Income tax expense was $55.74 million, tied to deferred tax liabilities recorded from a change in tax status after the May 8 business combination.
Unrestricted cash totaled $120.17 million at June 30, 2026; net proceeds from the business combination were about $114.08 million.
