BorgWarner won a new eTurbo program from a major European automaker for an advanced hybrid passenger car application.
Production is scheduled to start in 2029, expanding its electrified boosting business with the OEM.
The next-generation eTurbo uses remote power electronics to improve vehicle integration flexibility; it delivers 20 kW continuous power, 30 kW peak.
