Eni published a transcript of its 2026 second-quarter and first-half results presentation attended by CEO Claudio Descalzi.
- Q2 proforma EBIT was EUR 5.4 billion, net income was EUR 2.3 billion, and cash flow from operations was EUR 4.5 billion.
- The company raised its 2026 adjusted CFFO guidance to EUR 15 billion at USD 85/bbl Brent and lifted its share buyback plan to EUR 3.4 billion.
- Proforma gearing was 10%; net capex guidance was cut to below EUR 5 billion, while gross capex was held at about EUR 7 billion.
- Upstream guidance was lifted to underlying oil and gas production growth above 5%; production growth is targeted at about 4% CAGR through 2030.
