Boston Properties signed a 20-year lease for approximately 275,000 square feet at its 930,000-square-foot 343 Madison Avenue development in Midtown Manhattan with global insurer Starr. The deal anchors floors 16 through 22 of the building, which offers direct access to Grand Central’s Madison Concourse.

1. Starr Signs 275,000-Square-Foot Lease at 343 Madison Avenue

Boston Properties, Inc. announced the signing of a 20-year lease with Starr, a global investment and insurance organization, for approximately 275,000 square feet at 343 Madison Avenue, a 930,000-square-foot office tower under construction in Midtown Manhattan. Starr will occupy floors 16 through 22, gaining direct access to Grand Central’s Madison Concourse between 44th and 45th Street. The transaction marks one of the largest Manhattan office leases so far in 2026 and increases pre-leasing at the property to over 65% of rentable area. Construction remains on schedule for delivery in the second quarter of 2027, with project financing secured through a $750 million construction loan syndicated by leading global banks.

2. Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Results Scheduled for Release on January 27, 2026

BXP announced that it will release its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, after the close of trading on the NYSE, followed by a conference call and webcast at 10:00 A.M. Eastern on January 28. Investors can register in advance to receive dial‐in numbers and a unique PIN, and a listen‐only webcast will be available on BXP’s website. Management plans to provide updates on occupancy, leasing velocity and development pipeline, including progress across six gateway markets—Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC.
