Boston-based BXP has secured a 20-year lease with global investment and insurance organization Starr for approximately 275,000 square feet at its 343 Madison Avenue development in Midtown Manhattan. The 930,000 square foot tower, currently under construction, offers direct access to Grand Central’s Madison Concourse between 44th and 45th Street. Starr will occupy floors 16 through 20, marking the largest pre-leasing commitment at the property to date and bolstering BXP’s pipeline of premier workplace projects in one of New York’s most sought-after submarkets.

BXP will report its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, after the close of trading, followed by a conference call and webcast at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 28.
