BOXABL Signs TerraCaita Deal to Distribute Casita Units Across UK and Ireland
FGMC•BOXABL signed a representation and distribution agreement with TerraCaita to launch factory-built Casita units across the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The deal provides two Casitas for display and supports regulatory approvals and market development ahead of its FG Merger II Corp. business combination.
1. Distribution Agreement Details
BOXABL announced a representation and distribution agreement with TerraCaita Limited, enabling introduction of its 361-sq-ft Casita units across the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The pact includes delivery of two Casita demo units for display, demonstration and marketing activities throughout the region.
2. Market Development and Regulatory Collaboration
Under the deal, BOXABL and TerraCaita will jointly pursue regulatory approvals, conduct market research and spearhead customer engagement initiatives to accelerate adoption of modular housing solutions in these new markets.
3. Support for FG Merger II Corp. Business Combination
This international expansion aligns with BOXABL’s preparations for its planned business combination with FG Merger II Corp., enhancing its global footprint and sales pipeline in advance of the anticipated public listing.
