Brady sold Securimed, which supplies customized first-aid kits and related healthcare safety products to corporate and administrative health and safety customers in France, to Safe Life International for about EUR 53 million, or about USD 59 million. Brady bought Securimed in 2010 and said the divestment sharpens its focus on specialty identification and intelligent productivity solutions.
