Braemar Hotels & Resorts entered into a deal on Sept. 23, 2026, to sell the resort for $372 million, subject to customary pro-rations and adjustments. Evergreen Acquisitions posted a $10 million deposit that became non-refundable on the effective date; closing remains subject to conditions, and its completion and timing are uncertain.
