BrasilAgro announces annual and extraordinary shareholders meeting
LND•BrasilAgro will hold an online shareholders meeting on October 21, 2026, where shareholders will vote on R$30 million in interim dividends, or R$0.3012 per common share, and other proposals.
1. Meeting agenda
The agenda includes absorbing wholly owned Agrifirma Agro without increasing share capital, with effectiveness proposed for October 31, 2026. Shareholders will also consider an annual management compensation ceiling of R$18.68 million for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, annual financial statements, fiscal council elections and R$404,143 in fiscal council compensation.
