Braze signs strategic collaboration agreement with AWS on AI-powered customer engagement
BRZE•Braze signed an agreement with AWS to expand AI-powered customer engagement tools, integrating Amazon Bedrock into BrazeAI Agent Console. Braze said AWS Marketplace sales rose more than 80% year over year in fiscal 2026.
1. AI and global expansion
The collaboration uses AWS infrastructure to scale generative AI marketing workflows and support Braze’s global expansion. Braze said the service will be available in the Asia Pacific regions of Japan and South Korea to meet data residency needs. The agreement was announced at Braze’s Forge 2026 conference in Las Vegas, scheduled for Sept. 28-30.
