Brazilian Rare Earths Records 35.3% TREO Drilling and Achieves >95% Yield in Ore Sorting Tests

BREBRE

Brazilian Rare Earths' Monte Alto drilling logged up to 35.3% TREO and 27.6 m at 19.4% TREO, extending strike 350 m to over 1.2 km across ultra-high-grade corridors. Sensor-based ore sorting delivered >95% recoveries and >100% enrichment, boosting feed grades from 12.4% to 27% TREO in a single pass.

1. Monte Alto Exploration Results

Drilling has confirmed Monte Alto as an ultra-high-grade rare earth deposit, with results including 35.3% TREO and continuous intercepts such as 27.6 m at 19.4% TREO and 23.9 m at 17.4% TREO. Strike has been extended by 350 m to beyond 1.2 km, and step-out drilling uncovered a parallel corridor intercepting 9.8 m at 20% TREO.

2. Metallurgical and Ore Sorting Performance

Sensor-based ore sorting achieved over 95% recovery and more than 100% grade enrichment, upgrading feed from 12.4% to 27% TREO in a single pass. End-to-end metallurgical tests delivered 91% TREO yield, 92% NdPr recovery and 89% uranium recovery, highlighting a low-cost beneficiation pathway.

3. Development Timeline

The drilling program now totals 32,372 m, forming the basis for a mid-2026 JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate and Scoping Study. Low-temperature acid-cure processing steps are undergoing optimization to reduce opex and capex ahead of study completion.
