YDUQS and Afya discuss possible combination

Brazilian education company YDUQS said on Monday it is in talks with Nasdaq-listed Afya regarding a potential business combination.

The company added in a securities filing that discussions remain at an early stage and that no agreement, contract or binding commitment has been reached.

Newspaper O Globo first reported the talks on Sunday.
