Bread Financial disclosed a commercial leadership transition as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer Valerie Greer plans to retire.
- Greer will remain with the company through February 2027 to support the handover.
- Dennis McCarthy is set to become EVP and Chief Revenue Officer in early September, reporting to CEO Ralph Andretta.
- McCarthy joined Bread in 2021; previously spent nearly a decade at Citi managing major partnerships.
- He also held leadership roles at Barclays and Bank of America.
