2. Leadership Change at BrewDog
Following the closing of the transaction, co-founder James Watt stepped down as CEO the same day, triggering a leadership transition process. BrewDog’s board has initiated a search for a successor and will work with Tilray to establish a new executive framework to oversee combined operations.
