Bridgeline Digital says industrial filtration supplier adopts HawkSearch for eCommerce product discovery

Bridgeline Digital said an industrial filtration supplier selected its HawkSearch product discovery platform for its eCommerce site.

The deployment is intended to deliver more relevant search results by using customer purchasing behavior and historical order data to support replacement-part searches.

The plan also includes using SmartResponse to surface answers from technical documentation and cross-reference content to support customers and internal teams.
