BrightSpire Capital prices USD 960 million commercial real estate CLO issuance

BrightSpire Capital priced BRSP 2026-FL4, a $960 million managed commercial real estate CLO, on Sept. 18, 2026.

About $844.8 million of investment-grade securities are expected to be placed with institutional investors, providing non-recourse, non-mark-to-market term financing.

The deal is slated to close Oct. 16, 2026; collateral includes 29 first-lien floating-rate mortgages backed by 38 properties.

Redemption of BRSP 2024-FL2 is scheduled for Oct. 19, 2026.
