Jason Williams plans retirement in July 2027

LandBridge disclosed that Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Jason Williams, the company’s principal accounting officer, plans to retire in July 2027.

Williams will remain in his roles until a successor is identified.

He also plans to move into an advisory role following retirement to support the transition.
