Brightstar Lottery prices €500 million senior secured notes offering due 2032

Brightstar priced EUR 500 million of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2032 at 99.36.
Settlement is expected on Sept. 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Proceeds are earmarked for a tender offer for Regulation S interests in its 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028. Funds are also set aside to repay borrowings under senior revolving credit facilities, covering related fees and expenses.
The issuer has applied to list the notes on Euronext Dublin’s Official List, trading on its Global Exchange Market.
