Bristow Group Chief Operating Officer of Government Services Alan Corbett will retire at the end of this year, concluding more than 12 years with the company, including three in the role. During his tenure, he secured contracts for UK Second-Generation Search and Rescue, Irish Coast Guard, and Dutch Caribbean operations.

On April 20, Bristow Group announced that Alan Corbett, Chief Operating Officer of Government Services, will retire at the end of this year. He will remain in his role until a successor is named and will support a structured leadership transition.
2. Tenure and Achievements
Corbett joined Bristow Group in 2014 and was appointed COO, Government Services, in February 2023. He played a pivotal role in expanding the government services portfolio, securing major long-term contracts including the UK Second-Generation Search and Rescue program, the Irish Coast Guard contract, and the Netherlands and Dutch Caribbean Coast Guard programs.
3. Succession and Transition Process
Bristow Group has launched a comprehensive global search with an international executive search firm to identify Corbett's successor. The structured transition plan is designed to ensure continuity in government services operations and maintain momentum on existing contracts.
