Broadcom Lands 3.5 GW TPU Deal in 5 GW Google Cloud Pact for Anthropic

Broadcom will supply roughly 3.5 GW of TPU capacity to Google Cloud for Anthropic starting in 2027 as part of a near-5 GW compute pact that could drive up to $175 billion in infrastructure spending at $35–50 billion per gigawatt. Broadcom stock jumped 3.6% on the announcement.

Broadcom will develop and deliver next-generation Tensor Processing Units to Google Cloud, securing roughly 3.5 GW of capacity for Anthropic’s Claude AI models starting in 2027 as part of a combined near-5 GW infrastructure agreement.
