Brookfield agrees to buy battery storage developer Aypa Power for $7 billion enterprise value

Brookfield Renewable Partners will participate in Brookfield’s agreed acquisition of battery storage developer Aypa Power from Blackstone funds.
The deal values Aypa at about $7 billion enterprise value at closing, including $3 billion equity value.
