Brown & Brown EVP P. Barrett Brown resigns for good reason, enters transition period through July 2027

Brown & Brown disclosed the voluntary resignation for good reason of Executive Vice President P. Barrett Brown, effective Aug. 10, 2026.
Brown, previously president of the Retail Segment, will remain employed through July 31, 2027 to support an orderly transition.
The transition agreement includes a one-year non-compete covenant following the end of his employment.
