Bunge names Richard James controller, chief accounting officer effective April 1, 2027

- Bunge Global SA Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Matt Simmons plans to retire effective March 31, 2027.
- Richard James will take over as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer effective April 1, 2027.
- James most recently served as vice president of finance integration and transformation since December 2022.
- He previously held senior finance roles at Bunge, including corporate controller, Europe and Asia controller, and director of global internal audit.
- Before joining Bunge, James worked in assurance services at Ernst & Young in New York and Toronto.
