Butler National CFO Adam Sefchick receives added pay as interim CEO, president
BUKS•Interim leadership roles extended
Butler National said CFO Adam B. Sefchick will continue as interim CEO and president, roles he has held since June 15, 2026.
Added compensation and severance terms
The compensation committee granted Sefchick 20,222 restricted shares with phased vesting over two years.
The company also put in place a new severance agreement that provides 12 months of base-salary severance if he is terminated without cause, subject to ongoing restrictive covenants.
A change-in-control agreement provides for a lump-sum payout tied to prior compensation if termination or a good-reason resignation follows a change of control.
