BUUU•BUUU unit Brightray Science signed a framework deal to supply prefabricated modules for a planned 40MW AI data center in Macao. Brightray Veridian will negotiate a definitive contract only if a tenant is secured and a binding lease is signed.

Brightray Science, a majority-owned BUUU unit, signed a framework deal to supply prefabricated modules for a planned 40MW AI data center in Macao. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Brightray Veridian, will negotiate a definitive sales contract only if a tenant is secured and a binding lease is signed. The non-binding agreement terminates automatically if those conditions are not met by Sept. 30, 2027.
2. Project design
The current design targets third-quarter 2027 delivery for a five-storey, fully prefabricated campus in Coloane, Macao.
