The company forecast revenue for the second half of fiscal 2026 at about $15 million, up over 60% from the first half of the year, banking on backlog conversions and growing traction for PRYMUS, its on-site power system, ahead of initial deliveries.
Second-quarter gross margin of 19.6% came in above 15.7% from a year ago, owing to improved operating efficiencies associated with the sale of the company’s mobile EV charging solutions, e-Boost.
However, quarterly revenue fell about 40% to $5 million from a year ago, and the company posted a wider Q2 loss per share of 19 cents, compared with an 11-cent loss in the same period last year.
Including session moves, the stock was down about 36% year to date.
