BYD FY26 interim profit attributable to owners drops 20.54% to RMB 12.33 billion; revenue falls 7.13% to RMB 344.82 billion

Automobiles and related products revenue declined 8.98% to RMB 275.34 billion.

Electronics and other products revenue rose 0.96% to RMB 69.41 billion; NEV sales volume totaled 1,810,000 vehicles.

Exports increased 67.8% to 792,000 units; “FLASH Charging China” targets 20,000 stations by year-end, with 7,018 operating by June-end.

BYD reported revenue fell 7.13% to RMB 344.82 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026.

Profit attributable to owners of the parent dropped 20.54% to RMB 12.33 billion; earnings per share slid 21.05% to RMB 1.35.

Gross profit eased 2.81% to RMB 64.99 billion.
