2. Gypsum Reuse Initiative

At Cabot’s Franklin, Louisiana manufacturing site, teams identified a beneficial reuse opportunity for synthetic gypsum produced by its air pollution control system. 3. Safety Performance Recognition

Based on 2025 data, almost all of Cabot’s U.S. sites qualified for the Facility Safety Award, reflecting a strong health and safety culture and low incident rates. The accolade highlights the company’s ongoing focus on employee involvement, safety practices and workplace wellness across its operations.

4. Sustainability Strategy Next Steps

Building on these achievements, Cabot plans to expand its waste minimization and water stewardship programs to additional facilities worldwide. The company will continue embedding the Responsible Care framework into its global operations to drive further environmental performance gains and community engagement.
