CACI joined Oracle, Baker Tilly, and Deloitte as a technology partner on OPM’s Federal HRIT Modernization program.
Work covers a 10-year contract valued at nearly USD 400 million to consolidate federal HR systems into one secure cloud platform.
CACI will support development, deployment, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS, including embedded AI and standardized data exchange.
OPM expects the consolidation to cut taxpayer costs by more than 90% while improving efficiency, security, and service delivery.
