Williams agreed to buy Momentum Midstream (M6), backed by EnCap Flatrock, for up to .
$5.5 billion
Consideration includes $3.5 billion in cash and debt assumption, plus about $2 billion of Williams equity.
M6 runs a Gulf Coast-focused natural gas network with more than 4,000 miles of pipelines and about 6 Bcf/d capacity.
The platform expanded via Haynesville asset purchases in 2022 and the Clearfork Midstream acquisition in April 2025.
