Cadrenal Therapeutics will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 24, 2026.
Shareholder proposals include director election and equity plan increase
Shareholders will vote on the election of a Class I director, with Quang X. Pham nominated for a three-year term.
The ballot also includes a proposal to raise the 2022 equity incentive plan share pool by 323,542 shares to 1,000,000 shares.
Investors will also vote on issuing up to 960,000 shares upon exercise of Series C-1 warrants from a July 1, 2026 private placement.
The meeting may be adjourned to allow additional solicitation tied to the equity plan amendment or warrant exercise proposals.
