Pascal Grenier has been appointed President, Defense & Security, taking charge of the global defense portfolio while France Hébert reports to him. Merrill Stoddard is leaving immediately and Srini Dixit will serve as interim Vice President and General Manager for US Defense & Security, reporting directly to the US board and indirectly to Grenier.

Grenier’s mandate focuses on unifying the go-to-market approach, optimizing operations and accelerating margin expansion to capture rising global demand for mission-ready defence solutions. With over 25 years at the company overseeing engineering, manufacturing, sourcing and digital solutions, he brings the operational expertise needed to strengthen program performance and customer trust.

The Defense & Security segment delivered $2.0 billion in fiscal 2025 revenue—42% of total company sales—supported by approximately 6,000 employees in 18 countries. As demand grows for integrated training across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains, the segment is positioned for sustained margin gains and long-term growth.
