1. Leadership Changes

Pascal Grenier has been appointed President, Defense & Security, taking charge of the global defense portfolio while France Hébert reports to him. Merrill Stoddard is leaving immediately and Srini Dixit will serve as interim Vice President and General Manager for US Defense & Security, reporting directly to the US board and indirectly to Grenier.

With over 25 years at the company overseeing engineering, manufacturing, sourcing and digital solutions, he brings the operational expertise needed to strengthen program performance and customer trust.
