Cal-Maine Foods enters new $250 million revolving credit facility with BMO Bank

Cal-Maine Foods entered a second amended and restated credit agreement on Aug. 31, 2026 with BMO, replacing its 2021 facility.
- Senior unsecured revolving credit facility sized at $250 million, including a $25 million letter-of-credit sublimit.
- Accordion feature allows expansion by up to $250 million, subject to administrative agent consent.
- Matures Aug. 31, 2031; pricing based on Term SOFR or base rate, each with an applicable margin.
- No borrowings as of Sept. 1, 2026; $5.9 million of standby letters of credit outstanding.
