Li Bang International announces extraordinary shareholder meeting

Li Bang International will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Jiangyin City, China on Sept. 21, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a sharp increase in authorized share capital to USD 7 million from USD 35,000.
A separate vote seeks to cut the par value per ordinary share to USD 0.00001 from USD 0.002.
Resolutions also cover adopting amended constitutional documents, then shifting the company’s domicile to the British Virgin Islands.
Additional authorization would empower the board to execute steps needed to complete the migration, including any meeting adjournment if required.
