Cal Water names Stuart Skoglund Visalia district manager
CWT•California Water Service named Stuart Skoglund district manager for its Visalia operations, with oversight of the Selma District. He joined the utility in 2009 and became interim Visalia district manager in 2025.

Skoglund joined California Water Service in 2009 as a temporary laborer in Visalia and later held roles including acting customer service supervisor, superintendent and operations manager. He became interim Visalia district manager in 2025; the appointment puts him in charge of oversight for the Selma District.
