Callan JMB entered a joint venture with Bia Power Systems and Alabama State University to build an advanced transformer manufacturing operation in Brewton, Alabama.
The partners project a USD 60 million investment, up to 250 jobs, and more than USD 150 million in annual revenue capacity at full scale.
Commercial sales are targeted within nine months of groundbreaking. The facility is planned at an ASU-owned site and is focused on reshoring electrical equipment production.
