Cameco says production has resumed at its Cigar Lake uranium mine in northern Saskatchewan following a temporary suspension tied to Orano’s McClean Lake mill.
McClean Lake restarted operations, and Cigar Lake began shipping stockpiled ore for processing.
2026 outlook unchanged
The company said its 2026 Cigar Lake production outlook remains unchanged at 17.5 million to 18 million pounds of U3O8 on a 100% basis.
