Canada's GFL Environmental Q3 revenue rises, lifts 2026 outlook

GFL Environmental reported third-quarter revenue of C$2.16 billion, up 27% year over year. It recorded a net loss of C$28 million.
2. Raised 2026 outlook
The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to C$8.06 billion–C$8.08 billion from C$7.51 billion–C$7.53 billion, and adjusted EBITDA guidance to C$2.49 billion–C$2.50 billion from C$2.29 billion. It expects adjusted free cash flow of about C$1.02 billion, up from its previous forecast of C$900 million.
3. Growth drivers
GFL said third-quarter organic revenue grew 7.4%, underlying margin expanded by 115 basis points, and core pricing contributed 5.7% to revenue growth. Acquisitions completed year to date generated about C$2 billion in annualized revenue, the company said.
