OceanaGold said it is on track to reach the midpoint of its full-year production guidance, with Q4 expected to be its strongest quarter. Q3 revenue was $655 million, below a $714 million analyst estimate, while net income was $198 million and the company returned $79 million to shareholders.
OceanaGold reported Q3 revenue of $655 million, below the $714 million analyst estimate. Net income was $198 million, adjusted free cash flow was $325 million, and net profit and adjusted EPS rose year over year. The company returned $79 million to shareholders through buybacks and dividends.
The company said it is on track to achieve the midpoint of its full-year production guidance and expects the fourth quarter to be its strongest of the year. At Haile, lower-grade ore limited Q3 production, while access to higher-grade ore is expected to boost Q4 output. AISC fell 13% from the prior quarter, which the company attributed to lower costs at several operations.
OceanaGold guided to 2026 gold production of 520,000 to 590,000 ounces and copper production of 13,000 to 15,000 tonnes. It expects consolidated AISC to be toward the upper end of its guidance range and said it increased exploration spending as drilling programs expanded.
